PENGGUBALAN DAN PERUNTUKAN ENAKMEN UNDANG-UNDANG KELUARGA ISLAM SELANGOR 1984: SATU ANALISIS
Abstract
The article analyses the 1984 Enactment of Islamic Family Law of
Selangor, especially its legislation and provisions. The study shows
that the enactment has the objectives of improving the administration
of the family law in Selangor as well as providing adequate protection
to the family.
