Abstract

Artikel ini cuba menjelaskan konsep al-sunnah mengikut pandangan
al-Shaft'i. Beberapa kes dirujuk untuk menjelaskan keadaan apabila
berlaku pertentangan di antara sunnah Nabi dan athar Sahabat atau
Tabi'in. Dalam kes di atas, dijelaskan samada sunnah Nabi atau
athar tersebut yang terpakai.
