Latest Publication Fees

Effective July 2026, AFKAR applies a revised publication fee policy. A non-refundable Submission Fee of RM100.00 is required upon manuscript submission.

Upon acceptance for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of RM2,500.00 will be charged to the corresponding author. The APC is payable to Universiti Malaya.

All transactions must be made through the UM E-Pay portal: https://epay.um.edu.my/

The fees support the journal’s editorial management, peer review administration, publication process, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving.
